  1. Put semoule and yeast into a big bowl
  2. add oil until the semoule is sandy (not more)
  3. add salt and mix
  4. add enough water to barely cover the semoule
  5. Prepare a pan by spreading oil and drizzling dry semolina on top. shake to spread evenly and remove the excess.
  6. Flatten the dough on the pan to make a nice round harcha shape
  7. drizzle more semolina on top
  8. put to cook
