- Put semoule and yeast into a big bowl
- add oil until the semoule is sandy (not more)
- add salt and mix
- add enough water to barely cover the semoule
- Prepare a pan by spreading oil and drizzling dry semolina on top. shake to spread evenly and remove the excess.
- Flatten the dough on the pan to make a nice round harcha shape
- drizzle more semolina on top
- put to cook
