Prep the chicken
- Prepare a mix of the spices and olive oil and rub the chicken in
Onions and chicken layer
- Oil bottom of tagine then put slices of onions + bits of a crushed/cut tomato and salt.
- Put chicken and garlic on top of onions and tomato and turn on the heat
The rest
- while chicken is cooking, cut the rest of the vegetables, then place them on top, it's good if they can be touching the sauce
- Put some water in the container where the spices were and mix to get all the rests + add in feuille de laurier + cayenne
- Cook for about 20 mn
