The rest

  1. while chicken is cooking, cut the rest of the vegetables, then place them on top, it's good if they can be touching the sauce
  2. Put some water in the container where the spices were and mix to get all the rests + add in feuille de laurier + cayenne
  3. Cook for about 20 mn

Onions and chicken layer

  1. Oil bottom of tagine then put slices of onions + bits of a crushed/cut tomato and salt.
  2. Put chicken and garlic on top of onions and tomato and turn on the heat
