Pasta aglio e olio

  1. While preparing, cook pasta according to instructions
  2. Add butter and olive oil to a pan big enough to contain the pasta and bring the fire to medium-high
  3. When warm enough, add garlic and cook it until golden, turn the heat down to low
  4. Add the pasta and mix it thorougly, being careful not to break the pasta
  5. Turn the heat off and mix the parmigiano
  6. You can optionally add some basil and parsley for freshness
