- While preparing, cook pasta according to instructions
- Add butter and olive oil to a pan big enough to contain the pasta and bring the fire to medium-high
- When warm enough, add garlic and cook it until golden, turn the heat down to low
- Add the pasta and mix it thorougly, being careful not to break the pasta
- Turn the heat off and mix the parmigiano
- You can optionally add some basil and parsley for freshness
